Could we please have the primary customer contact number displayed under/in the “Delivery Address” section when creating a new order and on the “Deliveries Details” page?
If I am processing an order that has been placed by email, or am on a call with a cutomer and get cut off I will often need to call that customer whilst the order screen is still open. Currently I need to navigate away from the order page to the customer page, call the customer and then navigate back to the draft order.
Similarly when looking through deliveries, our driver may want to call a customer to confirm the drop window, enquire about site access or check something on the delivery. All of the information the driver may need is displayed with the exception of a contact number for the customer.
This change would make for a much smoother user experiance with less jumping from page to page.
