We have lots of customers who have detailed delivery instructions pertaining to parking, site access, contact X Mins prior to delivery, storage location of empties, where to leave containers etc.
It would be very usful if a column could be added to the deliveries page between “Customer” and “Location” showing important delivery instructions. Failing that some sort of obvious icon indicating that delivery instructions exist for the customer in question.
When our driver sits down in the morning to plan his route, not having this information clearly displayed is leading to timing clashes and problems with deliveries. Currently he needs to go into every customer account on Breww manually and check the delivery instructions to make sure everything works together which is far from fool proof and wasting time every day.
