Can we please request, when creating an account/updating the contact information in a customer/supplier account to be able to note the contact name next to their mobile number/email address? Link attached for reference. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion, Ru & Tom. There are two types of contact details for customers/suppliers:
- Organisation level details
- Contact level details
Organisation level contact details are intended for non-person-specific contacts (such as the main number for a pub).
Contact level contact details are intended for person-specific contacts. What you’re asking for should already be possible when using “Contacts”. Tags are also supported here. This was talked about recently at this feature request, so there’s a bit more information there.
Can you confirm that this covers what you’re looking for, or if you still need something new?

I think it would be great to add the ‘contacts’ within the account setup as it can easily be missed after the account is setup. I’d like to add multiple contacts and assign delivery and invoice tags.

Thanks, Tom. That’s a good idea to make this feature more obvious (although that form is already very long!) - I’ve renamed this thread to make it clear it’s for this and we’ll keep it open
