Add allocated batch specific fields to the products sold BrewwQL & fields for reports

Hey,

I am trying to generate a specifc excel overview of an order for an export client to make his life easier getting our beers in. For this I am missing a couple of categories when I try to make a products sold report, namely:
Product —> HS code
PRoduct —> Abv
Product —> Plato
Product —> Batchnumber
Product —> BBE

Would be great if these could be added? Hopefully not too difficult

I’m afraid this is very complicated and will be very time-consuming to add. Unfortunately, this information isn’t easily accessible by the current reporting structure.

We’re more than happy to keep this on the list for votes, and I’m sure we will be able to get to it one day, but in all honesty, unless this picks up lots of votes, it’s not likely to be soon. Sorry!

Thanks for your reply, but are all of these too difficult? at least 3 (HS, ABV, Plato) of them are easily generated on the invoice automatically, so seem to be standatd associated with a product.

I get that the difference between the general product and allocated item (BBE, Batch) is a different story.

Thanks, Gijs. You’re right that the fields related to the beer and product specifically are more readily accessible (assuming the product only relates to a single beer, i.e. not mixed-packs). We’ve added:

  • Product → Only Beer → Degrees Plato
  • Product → Only Beer → Alcohol Percentage
  • Product → Export Commodity Code

Please bear in mind that the ABV, for example, will be the beer’s advertised ABV, not the ABV associated with the specific batch delivered (if different).

I hope this is helpful, and we’ll keep this open to track votes for adding the others in the future.
