Once fermentation is complete, we harvest the yeast and transfer it to a small tank in the cold store. It would be useful if a schedule could be drawn up specifying, for example, when the yeast needs to be fed.
A schedule similar to the cleaning and maintenance schedules. One where you can include time-based tasks in a schedule related to the yeast.
