Trade Store: Orders over credit limit arrive as draft, not confirmed

It would be great for orders that take customers over their credit limit to arrive as draft orders, not confirmed.

Thanks for the great suggestion, Tom. We agree that this wasn’t quite right. If you had “conflicting” settings of trade store orders to arrive as confirmed, but customer credit limit settings to prevent confirmation, they would still come into Breww as confirmed.

We’ve changed this now, so if the customer’s settings prevent confirmation, the order will be placed as draft (effectively taking precedence over the more generic trade store order status setting).
