Notes on trade store need to be in email

Is it possible for any notes that are added by a customer when they place their order on the trade store to be added to the confirmation email received by us. The issue is currently that if they add notes it only appears in the order notes. This means that we have to go into each order manually and check the order notes which is very time consuming. It would be much easier if the notes could show up in the confirmation email
