Looking for a report to track 3PL charges to contract brewing customers.
Currently using the below through the data explorer but need each invoice to total by product type, rather than by product name. E.g There are 6 different products on the invoice, 3 of them are multi-packs and 3 are kegs. The report should return 2 lines, one for total multi-packs and one for total kegs.

Hey Zac. I’m sure this would be possible, but it would likely need to be built as a new pre-built report rather than being something that can be pulled from the Raw Data Explorer (it doesn’t currently group/aggregate data in any way). It should be possible to do this at some point, but in all honesty, there are a lot of other projects on the list already!
For now, you could pull the raw data from the RDE and adjust it in Excel.

Understand all this and I have been cleaning up the data myself in excel so far. But I’m leaving the business and need to hand this over to someone else. I need to streamline the process somehow.
Can we pay for a custom report?
I see why this is important, but I’m afraid we don’t offer paid developments. We’ll keep this on the list and can hopefully get to it one day. I’d suggest getting others in your team to vote for it as this will help us to prioritise it.
I believe it’s possible in Excel to create a report in one sheet that’s derived from data in another sheet, so it should be possible to create what you need in Excel and have it updated each time by just coping and pasting the report data into the second sheet, which should make it as streamlined as possible in the meantime, as the “building” of the report logic should only need to be done once.
