Just wondering if anyone uses the CL-521 printer for thermal labels for products? It was supplied by DPD for the courier labels and we have no issues at all using it for that purpose. But for some reason the BREWW labels just won’t align properly and having fiddled with various settings the best I can get is half the label to print.
Just for reference I’ve got 4x3 inch labels and when I set the printer settings to 4x3 they just come out blank. If I change it to 4x6 I get half the label and if I change the print scale i still only get half the label just either bigger or smaller etc
Just wondering if anyone else uses this printer for BREWW labels and it’s something I’m doing wrong or whether it’s just not compatible
