We’ve just started using Breww and are trying to get our Godex RT700 set up to print cask and keg labels. I’m having trouble finding the setup guide or configuration settings for this specific printer in the system. Has anyone successfully set this combo up? Would love some tips, thank you
We have the same printer here and got it up an running with no issues once we got our label settings and templates sorted. Not sure how useful I can be, but happy to help if I can.
Thank you for replying. I can’t work out how to set it up, all the guide are for a Zebra.
Is the printer new to you too? or were you previously using it though a different Brewery Management program/software?
We’ve been using it via Brewman
We did the same migration from Brewman to BREWW, and don’t recall issues once templates set. Will the printer not print from any other programs at all, or is it just printing from BREWW that is the issue?
Printer is working no probelm, but the template is tiny and saying I have to have 2 labels per sheet.
have you adjusted the width and height of your label in BREWW? (Label Size option below the template). Assume you are 100mm x 100mm
