I’m stuck trying to figure out how to generate a report that includes how many nonreturnable Kegstars have been sold in a given period of time. I need this data for my monthly Kegstar reporting. Is this a feature that already exists, or is there a way to build a custom report?
Hi there, Thanks for your comment and welcome to the community! There is a Deliveries by returnable or non-returnable container report in Reporting → Pre-built deliveries reports, which sounds like it would be useful for this. Here, you will be able to set a reporting period and run the report. This will display the Total number of non-returnable containers delivered, and if using a non-returnable brand of ‘kegstar’, there will also be a column showing the number of kegstar containers delivered. It is also worth noting that we have a Kegstar integration that handles this and sends the report automatically for you! You will be able to enable the integration by heading to Integrations > Suppliers > Manage Kegstar & Microstar integration > Enable kegstar integration. Let me know if you need anything else! Cheers.
