We regularly report on new customers, which we do by pulling the Raw Data Explorer report for “Customers & Suppliers” with filters on the “Created at” field to define the required time period. However, I’ve recently discovered that this method doesn’t work for Customers that have been converted from Leads, as the “Created at” field reflects the date that the Lead was originally set up on, not when the conversion to Customer took place. It would be ideal if this field (“Lead conversion to Customer date”) could be added to the Raw Data Explorer please.

Just adding a comment to bump this up and hopefully get more votes as this would be a really useful report feature. For us it would be useful to see all new customers who have ordered regardless of when they were added to the system as leads/customers so maybe something like a “First Order Date” filter much like the “Last Order Date” that currently exists as an addition to this feature.

Agreed this, or even better the ability to search/filter by First Order Date would make things so much more simple and useful. Can we have it please??
