Hi - this is probably a dumb newbie question but I have a brew ongoing and sitting in the fermenter. In the recipe, the next step is the dactyl rest requiring setting the temperature higher. How can I move to this step and ‘tick’ it off when ready? It is set to trigger on a number of days prior to the end of the step in the recipe, but I’d like to be able to check it off sooner (I should have set it to trigger on a SG reading).
If you go to the batch and then use the blue “Brewing” button in the top-right, this will take you to the main screen for managing the brewing, but this also covers later steps on the recipe.
If you find the applicable row, you can tick it off with the box on the right-hand side, somewhat like in this screenshot:
