Could there be an additional column to Prospect, Contact Made etc. which has Parked Contacts… Contacts such as those wishing to be contacted some months in the future, premises that ae on market and need contacting, pubs which may already be selling our product but through wholesaler etc.

These columns are known as “Lead statuses”, and the good news is that they’re already customisable.
If you go to Settings → Customer, lead & CRM settings → Lead statuses & loss reasons, then you can create new statuses or even edit/remove the default statuses.
