Open and Under Receipted Purchase Orders Report

I am trying to pull a daily report on Open or partially fulfilled P.O’s which includes their P.O number, Net Value, Unit Amount, Stock Type, Expected Delivery Date, Order Placed Date, Person who placed the order, and Supplier so we can quantify stock takes much easier. Currently if we do a stock take before a delivery of ingredients or supplies arrive it instantly nullifies the data and there is no simple way to signal that “this is the value now” but “the expected value at the end of the week/month will be X” As we are a multi site business it’s not practical to have a snapshot stocktake without this information available. I can get this information by filtering on the page, but I struggle to download this into an XLS file. Any suggestions would be greatly received.

Hi Jonny, Thanks for your comment. It sounds like the Purchase orders report in the Raw data Explorer should allow you to export some of the data you need here; you can find this on the right-hand side of the Reporting page. This will allow you to filter the data through the BrewwQL filter and export this to Excel by selecting the Output as Export to Excel. Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!

Thanks Ben. Could it be added to the features suggestions for an in page “export to csv” button for filtered data within the purchase orders section of Breww? I find the raw data reporting side of Breww clunky if I’m honest - it’s hard to pull exactly what you need. However, the filter in P.O’s does a great job of pulling the information, just not then make it into data I can manipulate.

Hi Jonny, Thanks for your reply. I’m pleased to say that the development team have been able to quickly add an ‘Export’ button to the Purchase orders page; I hope this helps, and let me know if you need anything else. Cheers!

Ben!! Wow! Honestly, this is the exact thing that I need and I love it. Thank you Team Breww! Please could you ask them to add the same function to anything that presents as a list/table in Breww? So suppliers, ingredients, goods receipts… Then I will love you all forever.

We’ve been able to add these three for you now. I hope this helps! Luckily, the extras you mentioned were simple to enable exports, but this isn’t always the case so we can’t just enable for every list/table (and even the simple ones do require a bit of work to get them exportable).

Matt, you’ve made my life a lot easier already. Thank you!
