Managing Brewery / Taproom Product Inventory and Stock Valuations

Hello, I have been using Breww for a few months now. We have a tasting room in the brewery. I have been raising invoices for kegs that are pouring in the tasting room, but this process has not been working too well. Beertenders will move kegs to the serving side and they don’t get recorded as sold. Then empty kegs get checked back in to the brewery and emptied and never get put on an invoice.
I spend a LOT of time checking and cross checking kegs to see where they are, raising invoices, "delivering’, etc. It’s very time consuming.
The other problem is that our stock valuation doesn’t include the kegs that were “sold” to the tasting room or part filled containers that are in the tasting room. We have 20+ part filled kegs at all times.
Our tax reporting/duty for brewery production is based only on the barrels produced, less any wholesale/outside sales.
We do sell to outside accounts too.
We use Square for the PoS, but I don’t think that we are in a place to do an automated integration yet.
Would like to hear how y’all are handling this. I just need to save some time and make this simple!
