Morning,
I’m sure this has been answered somewhere and possibly by me at some point but I am drawing a blank.
When we have cases of 24 sold on our website and it comes through to breww they don’t always get assembled and then invoiced out straight away like other products, this keeps our stock out of sync until it’s manually sorted. It tends to be on 24s where it’s a multi pack rather than mixed pack. Whereas when we sell 12 packs they are assembled if needed and then invoiced instantly.
On the system we rack straight into 12x440ml if that helps, rather than individual cans.
Hopefully this makes sense and I am just openly being thick.
Cheers!
Hi Ben, Thanks for your comment! If there is an outstanding order for a case of 24, then this will be accounted for in the ‘Theoretical max’ figure when looking at your stock figures. Even if a 24-pack isn’t assembled, your theoretical max figure will account for this outstanding order when looking at component stock. This figure is discussed further in this guide: Understanding stock levels. If you could provide a specific example, I would be very happy to take a closer look at this for you. If you could raise a support ticket by selecting Need help → Ask a question in Breww, then you will be able to raise a support ticket with access granted to your account; I will then be able to look at the example for you. Cheers!
