Hi Folks,
I’ve spent quite a bit of time setting up Breww with Sage One today and encountered a few issues which would be great if you could look at some minor enhancements that would really improve the UX with this feature.
- On the ‘Map Sage Accounting suppliers to Breww’ form, the following enhancements would really help:
- Add a filter \ sort to the Supplier Name - We have lots of supplier accounts in Sage that we don’t need in Breww, so the ability to filter them out would be great - it would be even better if we could check a box to exclude them from the list of mapped suppliers.
- Sort them A-Z by default
- Add a ‘New’ icon to improve visibility
-
There does not seem to be a way to manually purge (or refresh) a link between a Sage Supplier and a Breww supplier. We have one account that was previously synchronised and has a Sage ‘external’ GUID but now it does not work and we can’t refresh the mapping.
-
When you click the ‘Synch Suppliers’ button at the bottom of the form, the alert shows “Mapping customers…”
-
I’m not sure if we should add Suppliers first to Breww or Sage - either way, it would be good to allow bi-directional creation regardless of where the supplier is initially created i.e. ‘Create in Sage from Breww’ or ‘Create in Breww from Sage’
-
If there is data which shows the ‘Created on’ datetime for the Supplier accounts, it would be good to show this and also allow filtering by datetime (see point 1 filtering and sorting).
-
There seems to be a bug with the pagination as the last page arrow just repeats the last list infinitely. It could also do with a ‘Page # of # Pages’ count. Perhaps also a count of ‘Suppliers Mapped’.
-
Postcodes against mapped Supplier names letters are lowercase which makes it difficult to read.
-
It is not clear what is happening when you click on ‘Synch Suppliers’ is that downloading suppliers again from sage to be mapped or synching the Suppliers who have been mapped. It would be good to make this clearer with some labels or tooltips.
I hope this helps and apologies if any of these items have been mentioned before, but it would really help us and probably others to address the above items if anyone has the capacity to take a look.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers.
Craig.
