Hi Cassy, Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the community! The best way to do this would be by selecting Actions → Add liquid/volume; you can also add stock items as @jon-kyme2 has suggested. This will increase the volume in the tank, and associated costs will be calculated accordingly based on the amount you package from the new volume. In regards to Jon’s second suggestion, you could have an ‘Add water’ step in your recipe; however, this would just be a prompt to add water to the batch and wouldn’t increase the volume in vessel, so the ‘Add liquid/volume’ button would still also need to be used with this. It sounds like the Calculated ABV on merged batches & OG on multi-turn batches feature request may cover what you need in terms of the ABV on high gravity brews; if you could add your comments on this to include calculating the ABV when liquoring back high gravity brews, that would great!
