Hi there,
We would like to request the possibility to choose which products appear first in the “Find Products” pop up. This would be similar to the popular products function that is already in place, but a selection that we have made and across all customers.
The majority of our orders being input are multiples of cases of our 4 core flavours. So would be good to have them always present at the top of the product list for all customers.

Thanks for the great suggestion, David, I can see how this would be really helpful 
In time, Breww should learn your most popular products and show them at the top of the list automatically, but the idea of pinning products of your choice would certainly be an improvement here.

Do you reckon this will be able to be added in an update?
I can see we can now change the position of the items added to an order after adding them. If this feature could be added to the item entry window that pops up it would really help us to be able to order our products.
We work in a pattern of how we select and pick flavours for orders and so being able to have them listed in a certain sequence would really speed up the order entry process.

Hi David. I’m sure this can be done at some point, but I don’t have any indication as to when. If this picked up some more votes from others, that would help it to move up the priority list.

It’s also particularly annoying when products that aren’t in stock, and haven’t been available for some time come up towards the top of the list, to the detriment of things that are in stock.

Just wondering if there had been any movement on this request? I am sure it would help a lot of Breww users and it would particularly speed up our order processing.
This is simply because when we launch a new flavour, everyone orders it, and we have to then search for it to add to each order. This is very time consuming when you add up all the orders we are entering.
These flavours are limited editions and so by the time it does appear somewhere in the product list, we may already have moved onto the next seasonal special.
In any case, it would be brilliant to be able to freeze our core flavours (in the right order) at the top of the list for all customers as we are using these 90% of the time. This would reduce human error and speed everything up as I’ve said.
Hoping this can be brought into development.

I completely agree that this is a great suggestion, but the problem we have is that there are literally hundreds of fantastic suggestions here in the community, and with multiple being posted every single day, they come in faster than we can realistically build them. For this reason, we use the votes as part of our prioritisation process and at the moment, this doesn’t have many votes in comparison to lots of other requests, so it hasn’t made its way to the top of the list yet.
I’m sure we will get to it at some point, but I don’t know at this time when that will be. If anyone else would like to see this, please vote for it so that we know and it moves up the lists in our internal reporting on feature requests.
