Thanks for confirming. This sounds like a great report, but at this stage Breww doesn’t know all the information required to build it.
It would rely on Tracking shipping/delivery costs/charges paid for by us being built first. Could you give that feature request thread a vote too 
For non-courier orders, I guess you’d also like to be able to enter a cost? This could be built as part of that other feature request.
