Is there a way to set up a direct sales call from BREWW without having to type the number into the phone? This was possible from Brewman (though it wasn’t set up by me so I am not sure how). This would make sales calls more quick and takes out the human error of dialling incorrectly. Apologies if this is obvious or easy to do but I’m not the most techy! We have a new phone system being installed in the next few weeks so wanted to ask about the functionality and how easy it is to set up.

No apologies needed; it’s a good question, and I am sure others will benefit from the answer. If your new phone system supports click-to-call from web browsers, then this should work out of the box with Breww. You should be able to quickly make a call from any customer’s page in Breww using the call icon located next to any stored organisation or contact phone numbers. Most modern systems should support this, but it might be worth checking for your new system.
