Is it possible to customise the sales report displayed on the dashboard please? We have a taproom and I would like it to just have our trade sales, not including the bar sales (i.e. filter out sales from our Square integration) I know how to do this in the reporting section but not how to alter the dashboard bar chart.

I’m afraid it’s not possible currently to customise the bar chart in this way. We have an internal task for the ability to fully customise the main dashboard, including the ability to add whatever reports from the reporting section that you’d like. I’ll add a vote to this task for you.

We have a similar issue where the brewery sells products to the distribution company, which is also in the same Breww account.
Current Issue: Sales dashboard counts both internal transfers (brewery to distribution company) and external sales (distribution to customers) as “sales”, causing double-counting and skewed metrics.
Request: Implement a filtering option to exclude internal company transfers from sales dashboard calculations.
Solution:
- Add a checkbox to exclude the type of sales, based on the Order/invoice settings > Invoicing details
- Provide a toggle between “All Sales” and “External Sales Only” views
Benefit: Accurate sales reporting without manual data adjustment, solving the same issue faced by Sarah
