Customer's previous orders - change where to view

Hi guys

The information detailed about customers previous orders (itemised list of products, date, order number etc) when you create a draft order is super useful, however we would find it much more useful if it was accessible directly from the customer’s page rather than creating a draft invoice and then cancelling it just to view that info. Is this something that can be done?

Absolutely, we should be able to display that easily enough on the customer’s detail page! Really glad to hear that the information is so useful.

A new “Purchased products” tab has been added to the customer screen showing you this information at a glance. We hope this is useful.

Hello,

I’m looking in Breww currently and can’t see a “Products Purchase” tab on the Parent Company I’m looking at. Could you advise on where this sits on the main screen?

I’m pleased to confirm that we’ve added the Products purchased tab to Parent companies now :tada:

It shows the combined totals of all Customers under the Parent company.
