I’d like to be able to create some custom statuses for the orders, so that it’s clearer to the people managing & picking orders what the status of the order is.
For example, I’d like to have the option to mark an order as “ready to pick”, “picked”, or “ready for collection” to show the people doing warehousing what is needed without them having to do an audit of every open order each time.
This would be an incredibly helpful tool. To be able to see ‘packed’ or ‘picked’ as a status on an order would help order management, reduce double picks, and help managers to organise work support if falling behind on orders.
We had a new team member join us this year to assist with orders. He asked if there was any way to check easily which orders needed picking and this is exactly what we are looking for. definitely would save a lot of time and confusion now that our team is expanding.
