Order tags - Tagging orders (e.g. for issues/learnings/source of sale/reporting/etc)

Hi, one of our key metrics is how well we are serving our customers - are they getting their order in full, and when they want it.

It would be great if we could tag orders, like we can with customers, allowing us to run a report that then splits out how many orders we successfully delivered in a time period vs how many we had tagged as ‘late’ or ‘short’.

Thanks, Alex, this is a great suggestion! I can really see how this could work well for your use case and it’s also “generic” enough for it to work well for other situations too.

I would love this too - would be great to do both before or after dispatch. Would be good to add “holding” tags too, to explain to dispatchers why an order might still be in draft - Chasing Payment, awaiting confirmation of order amendment etc.
