We use couriers like a lot of people on here and one thing that would help is if there was an extra state in the process for dispatching. One problem we find is that, if we print a label and the beer isn’t collected for whatever reason, driver off sick, after collection cut off etc. then the next day we have to manually check the courier system to see if an order was booked in or go the deliveries tab and check it was assigned. It would be great to see if the items have been assigned on the Sales tab which is the most used one. Currently we can only see “Not yet delivered” or “Delivered xxxxx” an extra few states saying “Stock Assigned”, “Partially Assigned” etc. or another column showing stock assigned status would be would be great.
It probably be useful for non courier stuff like building pallets too.
