Currently sales staff are having to double up on entering things into Breww with putting an order through on Sales & then going into a customers account to record the CRM activity. It would be good to have a way to mark sales activity as CRM activity.

When an order is placed, this is already shown in the customer’s “Recent activity” list. What would be different about your idea from what already happens?
