e’d like to connect our sales workflow to Breww so that an AI assistant can turn sales visit notes into CRM records, without our team having to enter everything manually afterwards.
A typical example would be a salesperson dictating a short voice note after visiting a pub:
“Met Sarah, the manager. Interested in listing XYZ beer. Send pricing tomorrow and follow up next Thursday. Her email is sarah@example.com.”
With the appropriate permissions, we’d like our integration to:
-
Create a sales visit activity against the correct customer, including the date, salesperson and discussion notes.
-
Create follow-up tasks with an assigned owner and due date.
-
Add or update the contact’s name, role and email address.
-
Update the activity or task as the opportunity progresses.
Our current Breww integration can read CRM activities and contacts, but does not expose the ability to create or update them. It can update some customer account fields, but saving visit notes as general comments isn’t actually much use.
Could Breww provide API endpoints for creating and updating CRM activities, tasks and contacts, with suitable read/write permissions?
The aim is to reduce administration, improve the completeness of our customer records and make sure agreed follow-ups are captured while the conversation is still fresh. Our sales team could record a visit once, by voice or text, and have that information saved in Breww.
