When using the phone to pick deliveries, i thinik it would be really useful to ad a little check box feature to mark the items already picked to make sure you are not overlooking items

I just wanted to make sure you’d seen the Mobile app picking process as it effectively would negate the need for your suggestion (but may involve a complete change in how you pick orders, so might not work for you)?

Guided tours/barcode scanning for smallpack doesn’t work for us indeed - we tend to do the pen & paper way, but occassionally working with the app is convenient but missing the “pen” to tick something off
