When I choose a 1/4bbl keg to rack into a 1/2bbl keg, I can’t pick the 1/2bbl keg from the list, and the 1/2bbl product is not listed as an option either.
Use case:
I have 2 1/4bbl kegs that I am combining into a 1/2bbl keg, as a “derived at packaging” beer.
Hi Katherine, Thanks for your comment! Are you packaging from the gross or the net volume when racking from your containers? I would expect this product option to show if you are racking from the ‘gross’ volume; however, if you are racking from the ‘net’, then I would expect this product option not to be displayed. If you can confirm which you are racking from, and if you are racking from the gross, and this isn’t showing would be okay if you raise a support ticket please from the ‘Need help’ section of Breww? If you could also grant us access to your account via the ticket, that would be great, and we will be able to have a closer look at this for you! Cheers!
