We’d like the option to dispatch all courier deliveries in one go even if we’re not using the courier integration. At the moment there’s an option to dispatch and complete all with one button but we need to wait for proof of delivery before we complete as this triggers the invoice. The function exists for our own vans so I’m hoping this is not a huge change…

A separate button for dispatch but not delivered would also help with Sellar integration, as currently, when marking courier deliveries as ‘dispatched and delivery complete’ either pushes them through to ‘delivered’ on Sellar, causing customers to message saying ‘I’ve been notified of delivery but not received anything yet’ or ‘dispatched’ on Sellar meaning that you then have to manually go through and mark them as delivered, depending on which option you have selected on your integration setup.
This also effectively makes you choose between having to mark all deliveries manually, for both courier and own vehicle (as there aren’t separate integration options) costing time, or having customers messaging about their orders as they’ve been told they’ve arrived.
Having this button set up (and possibly integration changes for breww to push ‘dispatch’ and ‘delivered’ separately) would be a huge time saver.
