At the moment, once an order is marked as left duty suspense dispatched in Breww, it will be updated in Sellar according to your choice of options in settings (see below screenshot):
As this is triggered by the order being dispatched in Breww, and the delivery being marked as complete doesn’t trigger any updates to Sellar, it’s not currently possible to perfectly align the statuses to:
- “Dispatched” in Sellar = Left duty suspense in Breww
- “Delivered” in Sellar = Delivery complete in Breww
This alignment has been asked for before, so this feature request is to track this request. If you’d like to see this, please give this a vote using the button in the top-left.
