Brew Turn Removal

Hello,
Just getting Breww set up and ran our first brew through it. I set up this batch for two turns, but we changed our minds and only did one. Any help with how to remove/delete the second turn would be really appreciated.

Thanks,
Tony

AFAIK you can’t without ā€œundoingā€ the batch & starting again.

I’d just remove any auto-assigned ingredients from Turn 2 (if there are any) and add a note to the batch explaining this rather than undoing everything.

Hi Tony,

Thank you for raising in the community!

@steve-neal is absolutely correct. Currently, you would need to reverse the entire batch back to a planned batch and adjust it to a single-turn batch if you wanted to cancel the second turn. That said, I’d recommend following Steve’s suggestion: process turn 2 for a very small volume, such as 1 litre, unassign any ingredients auto-allocated to turn 2, and then waste the additional small volume.

I hope this helps but let us know if you need any more support at all.

Semi-related @connor-fry - can you not transfer a zero volume turn? (I’ve never tried), this would cover closing this out as above, but also the potential scenario where you dump a batch from brewhouse?

Hi Steve, thanks for your reply. When transferring a turn from the brewing system, the volume must be greater than ā€˜0’; therefore, a small volume will need to be transferred for the second turn. Let me know if you need any more help. Cheers!
