i suggest an auto save feature for tickets newly opened, allowing you to save and add to the ticket as it is being written. If it is a fairly complicated ticket then ALL info is not readily at hand, you need to work thru the problem in brew and then add bits on to your ticket, so a ticket that can be edited/added to as you are working in breww would be useful

Thanks for the suggestion. An auto-save feature would be really helpful.
From what you’ve said, it sounds like you’re only using Breww in a single tab. Did you know that all modern web browsers support multiple tabs? This would allow you to have the ticket in one tab and another tab with Breww in it where you can refer to the other information needed to write up your ticket? You can have both open at the same time and switch between them to gather the information needed to write up your ticket.
We do like the idea of auto-saving the ticket too, however, as we know how annoying it is to lose something like this (e.g. if you accidentally close the tab). We’ve done this occasionally in our replies too ![]()
