Ability to Search Support Tickets

Hi there,

I have submitted a fair number of support tickets over the last couple of years using Breww (sorry!), and there’s a wealth of information in the replies, but it’s becoming rather difficult to find the relevant threads and responses as and when I need them.

Would it be possible to add a search function such that keywords in ticket subjects and messages can be filtered?

Thanks for the great suggestion, Greg.

As it would happen, we recently added a ticket search feature for our own support team, so we can find previous tickets.

We’ve now enabled this search for breweries, so you can search for your own tickets too. I hope this is useful and thanks for suggesting it :+1:
