Sometimes it might be necessary to tag a batch of beer, for example if it was on hold or being brewed specifically for a certain customer, to enable easier searching of the batch screen. Having this tag would also be useful in the batch assignment dropdown when assigning stock to an order/invoice.

This would be exceptionally helpful for customers that have specific product requirements. A batch could be assigned as a tag, rather than pre-selecting a keg of that batch - that you’d then have to go and find (for returnable containers).
