Often, we’re breaking down specific batches from 24 packs to send out single cans as samples, but the disassemble stock action does not let me specify which batch is being broken down. It would be great to choose this to ensure we can track stock correctly.

I have good news for you - this is already a feature!
If you go to Settings → Product settings → General product settings, you should see a checkbox labelled as Manually select specific batches when assembling or reducing smallpack stock. If you untick this, you’ll be able to manually choose the batches.
