[trade store] Multiplier / add-ons POS on order/check out

Hi,

It might be very interesting to give customers the opportunity to add-on POS materials easily on order/check-out. Think glassware, Pumpclips, Beermats. By way of a multiplier on product order or a clear way to ad them at final check-out.

In this way you streamline POS orders for those who will use it, and do not miss promotional opportunities, but also save potential money as you do not have to add it to every product and save time to ask if they are interested

Related (but this might be a seperate request) it would be great to associate some kind of minimum amount to the price of a POS product. Think expensive stuff like handles and glassware. A box of glass is free when ordering 2+ kegs, 10+ kegs gets a free handle etc. etc.
