We’re in a position where customers place multiple orders and we have been manually collating these. There are Shopify apps that allow you to merge orders within Shopify using the ‘test order’ functionality within this platform, but currently Breww sees these actual orders and produces a new order on top of the original ones that have been merged. This ties up extra stock and creates knock on issues.
It would be great if Breww supported this with its Shopify integration!

We’ve reviewed the Mergify Shopify app, and unfortunately, it does not add any information to any of the related orders to let us know that one of them is the result of merging the other two. For this reason, it’s impossible for us to add support for this Shopify app, sorry.
We’ve added this to the list of known unsupported Shopify apps/plugins.
I’m sorry that we can’t do any more with this Shopify app.
