Hello, we outsource our bookkeeping and the team don’t use BREWW, just Xero. As a result they can’t see the invoices that the brewer is uploading to check bank details, correct VAT treatment and for audit etc. It would be great if the invoice attachment could be sent to Xero when it syncs. Thanks!
Thanks for the suggestion, Louisa. Please don’t forget to vote for it, as every vote counts

Hopefully this is something fairly easy, it would be very helpful to have this in Quickbooks for the same reason (and saves work of uploading in two places).
We frequently attach a PDF to an invoice in Breww via the ‘Attach Images and Files’ functionality and this file frequently needs to be referenced by Accounting.
QuickBooks (QBO) supports the functionality. The implementation code for 3rd party applications is documented by QBO here:
https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/qbo/docs/workflows/attach-images-and-notes
Breww would need to implement this for the QBO integrations for the files to go through.
The value of having files uploaded to accounting direct from Breww saves the user performing the same operation for two different systems and ensures the attachment is associated with the correct invoice. Its clear that different integrations would require different implementation code but this would be a BIG hassle-saver for Breww users!
Purchase orders syncs from Breww to Xero automatically. But when we upload pdf files of the supplier invoices, these do not carry through to Xero and we manually have to upload them again there. This is a source of great frustration in our company and we would like to see it fixed please. It really should be a very standard feature. Anything accounting related that happens in Breww, should automatically be sync’ed to Xero.
Good news, Breww now uploads supplier invoice attachments to Xero and QuickBooks ![]()
