Email contacts within Breww have a “Receives invoice emails” tag which (as we understand it) controls delivery of both invoices and statements. We’d love to see this split out into more granular options to give greater control over who receives what.

Why this would be useful:
Different contacts within a customer’s business often have different roles. For example, an accounts payable contact may only need/want statements, while a purchasing contact may only need and want invoices. Having separate tags would allow breweries to ensure the right documents go to the right people, reducing confusion and improving communication with customers. It would also save time for breweries, expect others like us also have repeating tasks in place to send statements to certain contacts that explicitly request statements only.
