Restrict a specific Product as for sale only to certain customers

We just setup partially filled versions of our kegs and would like to limit those as for sale only to our taproom (which is setup as a customer with a special price book). Is there any way to do this?

It would be useful to “hide” products on price books. (I’m guessing the product picker on the sales screen is populated from the price book?)
