From what pricelist is the product price pulled for the products page? and how do we change it?
The price there is shown from your ‘default price book’, which can be set in your Order/invoice settings.
There shouldn’t be anything else you need to do. Please can you open a support ticket, allowing access to your account, so I can investigate?
