PO # randomly deleting

Hi there, we’re having issues with our PO #s on invoices randomly disappearing. One issue occurs when the PO# is entered before selecting the delivery. If it’s entered first, and then delivery via courier is selected, the PO# disappears. Then, it will disappear again when the order is confirmed. Is there a reason that this is happening or is it a glitch?

We’ve been unable to replicate this issue ourselves, would you mind opening a support ticket, giving us access to your account, with an example invoice where you’re seeing this problem? Ideally, if you have an invoice where the PO# is currently hidden, this would be the best example.
