Quite a number of our Pubs are run by one owner or lessee. Currently you are forced to create duplicate contact records for each Customer which is inefficient and doesnt allow you to build a picture of your customer. We would suggest you make the Contact records searchable so that you can select and existing contact that is linked to another customer. In addition the contact record could then show relationships and allow you to enter other personal information about the contact that might help the business relationship eg Kids Interests etc etc.
