Custom plugins (AKA addons or extensions) for Shopify & WooCommerce can be installed to add additional functionality over what is included in those platforms as standard.
Often, custom plugins will work well out of the box with Breww. However, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes, they change the data in a way that Breww can work with, but sometimes, they make it impossible for Breww to process orders.
Breww does not officially support the use of any custom plugins
We cannot guarantee that Breww’s Shopify & WooCommerce integrations will work if you have any plugins installed (especially those that change how orders are processed or the underlying order/product data).
Despite no plugins being “officially” supported, we are starting to maintain a list of those known to work (and those known not to). Your own mileage may vary.

Bundle/Mix & Match products
If you’re using a plugin to allow customers to buy mix & match products, these tend to be imported with a line for the parent product (the mix & match product itself) and then each component as a separate line on the order. For this to work smoothly, you’ll want to create a “Service” product in Breww and map this to the parent product in your integration product mapping.
