I’ve followed directions on setting up second site group / site, but can’t find a way to edit beer duty reference number. Settings for Beer Duty doesn’t seem to allow for second set of credientials.

Currently, it is only possible to enter a single beer duty reference number in your beer duty settings. This number is stored solely for your convenience and reference when submitting beer duty returns.
If you’d like the option to enter a separate beer duty reference number for each site group, you will need to submit this as a feature request so it reaches the right team for review.

We’re looking to add more parts of the business onto breww but can’t until this is possible

Not yet, but this is purely for display on screen in Breww. It’s not submitted to HMRC in any way, so while we agree it would be helpful to add multiple, it shouldn’t be a blocker for moving more parts of the business to Breww.
If you need multiple, until we have full support for this, I’d suggest blanking the values in your Beer Duty Settings, so nobody uses an incorrect value by accident.
