Granular Sales Reporting by Sales, by invoice, by SKU with volume and costs broken down

I’m currently trying to build the report based on the current available reports, however the different reports need seem to give different customer name layouts in each report, surrendering Vlookup useless.

What I am hoping to get is

Data by invoice by SkU by customer with volumes in HL or Litres, sales, Cost of ingredients/stock items, packaging costs & duty.

This will give myself the ability to properly analyse the COGS in detail

Can you give us some example reports where this is a problem so we can look into this and see if there is a quick-win here?
