Get notification if you want to complete an order when POD is missing

Hello,
We would like to get a notification pop-up when a person wants to complete an order, but there is no POD attached for specific customers.
We noticied some customers are challenging their deliveries regularly and sometimes a POD is forgotten to upload. If a notification would pop-up, the ‘completer’ of the order gets a reminder to add the POD
